Las Vegas-based Caesar Entertainment has a $138-million naming rights deal to install its name on the Superdome, home of the New Orleans Saints.

It’s a 20-year deal and the $138 million came out in a Saints and Caesars information document given to Louisiana state legislative committee members today. The previous 10-year naming rights deal with Mercedes Benz was believed to be worth $50 million-$60 million and expired this year.

Caesars, which was the first founding partner with the Las Vegas Raiders at Allegiant Stadium in 2018, was working with the Saints on the naming rights deal for several months.

Terms of the Saints-Caesars naming rights deal were undisclosed and Caesars and the Saints  asked state lawmakers to not ask questions about the agreement’s financial elements at the state public hearing on the stadium name..

Caesars Entertainment is also the NFL’s first sports-betting partner along with FanDuel and DraftKings.

Caesars, DraftKings and FanDuel will all have the exclusive ability to leverage NFL marks within the sports betting category and activate around retail and online sports betting. They will also engage with fans through NFL-themed free-to-play games.
