Raiders vs Chargers Game In Las Vegas Switched To Sunday Night Football

The Raiders vs Los Angeles Chargers game, which has shaped up to be a play-in playoff game between two 9-7 teams, has been been flexed to Sunday Night Football on NBC from its original 1:25 PM start at Allegiant Stadium a short walk from the Las Vegas Strip.
Sunday Night Football posted the schedule update on Twitter tonight.
The Raiders were 6-7, but have reeled off three straight close wins against Cleveland, Denver and Indianapolis to reach a record of 9-7.
The Raiders lost to the Chargers on Monday Night Football Oct. 4 at Sofi Stadium in Los Angeles three months ago.
In the Chargers/Raiders game at Allegiant Stadium last year, the Chargers came away with a 30-27 win.
LVSportsBiz.com checked out Ticketmaster on the secondary resale market and found the cheapest ticket to be $277.
It’s remarkable the Raiders are competing for a playoff spot with the kind of turbulent season the NFL team has endured.
Jon Gruden left his head coach job after several of his personal emails to his friend, former Washington football team executive Bruce Allen, were revealed in news accounts to be racist, homophobic and toxic. And Henry Ruggs was accused of DUI that led to the death of a woman two months ago, while fellow first round draft pick Damon Arnette was released, too, for off-field behavior.
The Raiders have also played wildly inconsistent on the field, with losses to mediocre teams like the Bears, Giants and Redskins and wins against winning teams like the Cowboys, Colts and Eagles.
