The Many Sides Of Raiders’ Allegiant Stadium; Las Vegas vs Kansas City Is Game On For Sunday Night Football

By Alan Snel of LVSportsBiz.com

Mark Davis said there will be no fans during the Las Vegas Raiders’ maiden season at Allegiant Stadium.

It was a difficult and crushing decision by the Raiders owner, who left a fan base back in Oakland and the East Bay ( and even fans in Southern California) to come to Las Vegs because he was building a domed stadium that was subsidized to the tune of $750 million by Southern Nevada.

Some fans have seen parts of the interior of this $2 billion stadium project thanks to the Raiders team store that has been open and even two UNLV football games. Sunday’s Raiders-Chiefs game is still set for 5:20 PM Las Vegas time and prime time on Sunday Night Football as seven Raiders defensive players placed on the COVID-19 list will be active for action. The Raiders (6-3) upset the Chiefs (8-1), 40-32, on Oct. 11.

But the vast majority of fans have settled for a look on the outside of the 65,000-seat venue. Here is LVSportsBiz.com’s Tope 10 exterior photos of the Raiders’ Allegiant Stadium, with aerial photos supplied by Las Vegas photographer Tom Donoghue.
