LAS VEGAS, Nevada — There are many observers of the modern sports stadium in the U.S. who say these palatial sports palaces are like luxurious malls with a game happening in the middle.
And there’s certainly some truth to that.
Bear witness to a new Taco Bell Cantina that has opened inside Raiders-operated Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas.
The folks at Las Vegas-based Diversified Restaurant Group, which operates of more than 360 Taco Bell and Arby’s restaurants, say it’s the first Taco Bell Cantina in an NFL stadium. It’s the second Cantina DRG operates in Las Vegas.
Allegiant Stadium’s Taco Bell Cantina brings touches inspired by Taco Bell fans and even Taco Bell Franchise Player Fernando Mendoza, the NFL’s first overall draft pick taken by the Raiders.
The menu lineup includes the Manager Mendoza Special, which contains regular or large Nacho Fries and Nacho Cheese Sauce, and one Doritos Locos Taco paired with five Crispy Chicken Strips. Fans can also order a selection of shareable Luxe Cravings Boxes, including Nacho Fries, Double Loaded Burrito, Crispy Chicken, Crunchy Taco and Bean Burritos Luxe Cravings Boxes.
The Manager Mendoza Special will be $24.15 and the other items will range from $15.99 to $21.99.
The Allegiant Stadium location has 14 taps with traditional cocktails, Raiders specialty cocktails, and Cantina’s signature Twisted Freezes in Baja Blast, Margarita and Blue Raspberry.

The Taco Bell Cantina at Allegiant Stadium sits on the main concourse of the 100 level, outside section 140 near the north end zone. It serves guests on stadium event days including Raiders games and concerts, with hours varying by event. The Raiders open the 2026 regular season at home against Miami Sunday at 1:25 PM Vegas time.
