LAS VEGAS, Nevada — After winning four MVP trophies and a trio of WNBA championships, Las Vegas Aces humble superstar A’ja Wilson is now the highest paid player in her league after signing a three-year, $5 million contract.

Her salary increased seven times from $200,000 in 2025 to $1.4 million for 2026 after the just-approved WNBA collective bargaining agreement salary cap soared from $1.5 million in 2025 to $7 million in 2026 as minimum salaries also increased to the $270,000-$300,000 range.

Spotrac.com, which tracks player salaries, offered this Wilson rundown:

The defending WNBA champion Aces also signed guards Jackie Young and Chelsea Gray to seven-figure deals, while Jewell Loyd has an $800,000 salary in 2026, Spotrac.com reported.
