The UNLV football team takes a big step up in class Saturday when the Rebels play the second-ranked Michigan Wolverines in Ann Arbor, Michigan.

In new coach Barry Odom’s debut, UNLV won by 30 points over Bryant in its season-opener at Allegiant Stadium three days ago. UNLV led, 24-0, at halftime over Bryant and cruised to a 44-14 win.

UNLV tried several ticket promotions to draw more fans to the game at Allegiant Stadium, the NFL Raiders’ home stadium that is highlighted in UNLV’s marketing promotions.

The school announced attendance of 20,347 for its game against Bryant.

The capacity of Michigan’s famed Big House, Michigan Stadium, is listed at 107,601. It’s the biggest stadium in terms of capacity in the Western Hemisphere. The Big House has been expanded seven times, last in 2015.

Kickoff is scheduled for 12:30PM, Las Vegas time.
