Sorry ladies.

If you’re here to see the latest training camp photos of that Raiders pigskin-winging heartthrob, Jimmy Garoppolo, you’re going to be disappointed.

Jimmy G., as he’s called around Raiders summer camp, was not at practice because he had a scheduled off day Friday. No number 10 in a red jersey today.

But receiver Hunter Renfrow, who missed a lot of the 2022 season with injuries after a 2021 Pro Bowl year, was out on the field catching footballs.

“I felt I let my teammates down,” Renfrow said during his meet-the-media session this morning. “Last year was not much fun.”

Raiders placekicker Daniel Carlson, one of the better kickers in the NFL who won several games with last-second games in the 2021 season, said he’s looking forward to the 2023 campaign.

Center Andre James swung by to chat with the media.

He said he snapped the ball to Garoppolo for the first time only two days ago. James said Garoppolo said is just one of the guys.

The Raiders play their first exhibition game against Garoppolo’s old team, the 49ers, at Allegiant Stadium two weeks from Sunday on August 13.

Jimmy G. will not play — though he will know quite a few of the players on the opposite sideline.

The Raiders won all four of their preseason games in 2022 only to win only six of 17 regular season games, including several painful defeats when the Silver & Black blew big leads. It’s going to tough to return to the playoffs with wild card candidates like the Jets, Chargers, Ravens looking strong.

LVSportsBiz.com took a peak at the Raiders-49ers preseason game ticket cost and saw the cheapest ticket was $113 for the first exhibition game of 2023.

Fans soaked in the practice scenes this morning, watching from under canopied tents and drinking water. The fans are typically Raiders sponsors’ contacts and season ticket holders.
