Raiders Call $7.5 Million In Allegiant Stadium Improvements ‘A Reasonably Detailed Plan’

The Raiders have a laundry list of things to do at Allegiant Stadium that will cost the team slightly more than $7.5 million.

The NFL team presented the capital budget for 2023 to the nine-member stadium authority board on Monday.

The costliest project is a $3.5 million gate canopy expansion improvement.

There’s also $1.3 million for exterior misting.

Raiders Chief Financial Officer Michael Crome called the capital projects a “reasonably detailed plan,” according to his letter to public stadium authority.

 

 

Stadium attendance was 2.1 million for 2021 and the first three quarters of 2022 (Concert attendance was 780,380, while NFL Raiders games were 700,206.):

As you can see, the current monthly room tax dollars being collected in late 2021 and 2022 are more than the room tax revenues from the prior year:
