After no media availability Wednesday, the Las Vegas Raiders were practicing outdoors at their Henderson headquarters Thursday morning in anticipation of the preseason’s first home game Sunday when the Minnesota Vikings come to Las Vegas.

Want to attend the game? Ticketmaster has a secondary market ticket going for $35 before fees.

Seat Geek had tickets starting at $43 to get into the Raiders’ domed building, while StubHub had a ticket starting at $48.

The Raiders players stretched in the shadow of their team headquarters building around 8:30 AM before practice ended about 10:30 AM.

A week ago, LVSportsBiz.com reported that two of the three most average expensive tickets on the secondary market are for the Raiders vs Patriots game ($128) Aug. 26 and the Raiders vs Vikings game ($114) on Sunday, according to TickPick, a no-fee ticket site.

Quarterback Derek Carr was the first player to walk into the Raiders media room today.

“Coach does a good job teaching situational football,” Carr told the media. “He’s always correcting and teaching. He makes it as hard as he can out there.”

On the Raiders’ issues in the Red Zone, Carr said, “We’re working on it. (coach) Josh (McDaniels) has a plan.”  The quarterback noted he’s not going to reveal it at the mic in front of the media.

Carr will be back in Allegiant Stadium Sunday. LVSportsBiz.com asked him about what stands out to him about the stadium after two seasons in the venue.

Carr mentioned said he loved the fact that the domed stadium is all black and includes tributes to the older, former Raiders players that help create a family atmosphere in the building.
