The NBA Summer League, which ends July 17, begins its second week of action today. A week ago, attendance opened with 9,641 on July 7, then increased to 14,139 Friday and 17,022 Saturday.

As a point of comparison, the Las Vegas Aviators Triple-A ballclub announced attendance of 5,065 for a night game Wednesday on a very hot day in Las Vegas.
