Raiders Will Introduce New Team President Thursday

It’s a tradition like no other: the Raiders introducing another new team president.

The Las Vegas’ NFL team said via press release today that it will introduce its new president at a news conference at Allegiant Stadium Thursday.

Former team president Marc Badain made a hasty exit a year ago in July, while interim president Dan Ventrelle was fired by owner Mark Davis in May.

UPDATE: Davis told LVSportsBiz.com before tonight’s Las Vegas Aces-New York Liberty game that Ventrelle was always an interim president following Badain’s departure in July 2022 and he and others had a chance to show whether they could be a permanent team president.

Davis also told LVSportsBiz.com that he welcomes media publicity about the team’s business issues so that he can address the problems and fix them. Davis said he relies on his Raiders team workers to communicate issues to him. He said he delegates business responsibilities to team staffers and he needs them to report any problems to him so that they can be fixed.

LVSportsBiz.com will be attending Thursday’s presser.
