The Raiders are using a series of video reports entitled, “From The Ground Up,” to tell their story about building the $2 billion domed stadium project in Las Vegas. The $2 billion includes the $1.4 billion construction of the 65,000-seat domed stadium. Southern Nevada is giving the Raiders $750 million in public dollars for the stadium.

The Raiders stadium video explained that the largest cranes in North America are being used to erect the roof for the stadium and that 28 roof truss modules that are bigger than a house were put into place.

There are two worker shifts — one starts at 5:30 a.m., the second at 4:30 p.m., the video report said.

The clip also showed former Raiders players like Tim Brown touring the stadium construction site.

Here’s a previous episode.

The stadium will host the Raiders, the UNLV football team, the Las Vegas Bowl and the Pac-12 conference title game.
