Golden Knights Sent Text Alerts Tuesday For Standing Room Only Tix For Thursday’s Halloween Game

The Vegas Golden Knights have an impressive number of season ticket holders, but they’re still on the prowl to sell single game standing room only tickets.

After seven home dates, the VGK are averaging 18,270 fans a game, which is way above the 17,367 capacity for an NHL game at T-Mobile Arena.

But the Golden Knights were sending text alerts to fans Tuesday, inviting the VGK faithful to attend “Halloween KNIGHT hockey” Thursday when the Montreal Canadiens come to the Big Ice House by the Strip.

The Knights alert: “Tickets start at $29 in Upper Standing Room (SRO), $69 in Flight Deck West (Standing Room Only). There are also Flight Deck East (SRO) tickets which includes complimentary food, beer, wine and soda for $129 each.”

Hard to believe, but the Knights’ average home game attendance in Year 3 is slightly less than the per game attendance from last season.

The Knights are inviting fans to attend Thursday’s 7 p.m. game in costume for Halloween.

LVSportsBiz.com will hold its Top of the Escalator pregame segment Thursday from 5:45 p.m.-6:30 p.m. Swing by 6:15 p.m. for a group Halloween photo.
