Ticket Beat: Las Vegas Aviators, Lights Join Forces On Two-Game $35 Deal; Las Vegas Aces Beat LA In 68th Consecutive Home Sellout Tuesday

LAS VEGAS, Nevada — Most Las Vegas locals cannot afford expensive Raiders and Golden Knights tickets, so there’s a deal in Las Vegas where the Aviators Triple-A baseball team and the Lights soccer team are combining forces to sell a $35 two-game bundle for an Aviators postseason game and a “Farewell to Cashman” Lights game Oct. 17.
The two-game bundle for games at Las Vegas Ballpark and Cashman Field is most appropriate because the Aviators used to play at Cashman when the team was known as the 51s.
The two-game deal starts at $35, with the Aviators playing a best-of-3 series against the Oklahoma City Comets for the Pacific Coast League championship. If the Aviators win the PCL crown, they will play in the Triple-A championship game at Las Vegas Ballpark Saturday.
In tonight’s Game 1, the Aviators defeated Oklahoma City, the Dodgers’ Triple-A affiliate. Final: Aviators 13 OKC 11, with attendance reported at 5,403.
The Lights will play the Cashman farewell game against Lexington FC next month.
Tonight also featured the WNBA Las Vegas Aces defeating the Los Angeles Sparks, 89-79, in their 68th straight sellout (10,377) at Michelob Ultra Arena on Fan Appreciation Night. The Aces are 30-13 and face the Mercury in Phoenix Thursday before entering the postseason and seeking their fourth league championship in five seasons.
It was the final game of the regular season at home where the Aces have sold out every home game for three consecutive seasons.
Aviators, Lights and Aces game tickets are more affordable than the Raiders and VGK home tickets.
A Raiders game at Allegiant Stadium was ranked as the fourth most expensive in the 32-team National Football League for a family of four to attend, while a Vegas Golden Knights game at T-Mobile Arena was the ninth most expensive for a family of four to attend, according to Bookies.com.

The Golden Knights defeated San Jose in a preseason game tonight and play their first home preseason game against Utah Thursday. VGK open the regular season Sept. 29 at home when the Chicago Blackhawks visit Las Vegas.
