LAS VEGAS, Nevada — There may not be VGK games during the Olympic break, but the Vegas Golden Knights franchise are not taking it easy.
The National Hockey League team is in hiring mode — for people to fill jobs ranging from director of global partnership sales to an ice facilities engineer.
VGK owner Bill Foley also owns the minor league Henderson Silver Knights and the Vegas Knights Hawks indoor football team and those teams are also seeking to hire workers.

Golden Knights Chief Operating Officer Rich Wang posted on his LinkedIn page that the VGK and the Foley Entertainment Group are seeking new employees.

The job openings list is here:

Wang wrote, “The standard here is real. The brand is embedded in the city. Expectations are high. And the work matches it.
“As we push for our 8th playoff appearance in 9 seasons and head toward Season X, the focus is simple; sustaining performance on the ice and across the business. Success at this level takes structure, discipline, and great people.
“Las Vegas continues to scale as a global sports and entertainment market, and the Knights are central to that momentum.”

Even the Las Vegas Raiders are hiring for an entertainment coordinator.
