Vegas Golden Knights owner Bill Foley, who owns 15 percent of T-Mobile Arena, has said he’s willing to spend $300 million to upgrade the VGK arena to also accommodate an NBA team.

Summer League has also become a time for start-ups to unveil products that are supported by the NBA in the league’s “Launchpad” program.
