Raiders coach Antonio Pierce strolled into his Wednesday presser, took a question about Davante Adams moving on to the New York Jets and welcomed seven-time Super Bowl winner Tom Brady as a new official part-owner of the Las Vegas Raiders.
LVSportsBiz.com asked Pierce about what impact Brady will have on the team.
Pierce said both he and Brady are California guys and he appreciated Brady’s “grinder” approach. Pierce said he will be talking with Brady.

Raiders owner Mark Davis said Brady can help “us select a quarterback in the future and eventually train him as well,” according to this X post.
As for receiver Davante Adams being shipped to the New York Jets, Pierce said it’s next man up and time to move on.
