Looking to rebound from a disappointing Game 1 loss to the Winnipeg Jets, the Vegas Golden Knights are pitching a ticket deal for Thursday’s Game 2 to sell tickets for $49 for upper level standing room only and $60 for “flight deck” standing room only.

The Golden Knights’ ticket alert vendor, Pogoseat, Wednesday texted fans who signed up for the text message service about the $49 and $60 SRO tickets. The text alert said there are no ticket fees.

The Golden Knights announced attendance for Tuesday’s opening game of the first round Best-of-7 at 18,006. The Knights have 17,367 fixed seats, but T-Mobile Arena has several standing room only spaces in the upper level, Hyde lounge and the flight deck where the team’s castle entertainment stage is located.

The Knights fell behind, 2-0, in the second period of Tuesday’s game and never recovered. VGK coach Bruce Cassidy said the Knights players’ intensity level did not match the level necessary for the Stanley Cup playoffs.
