The National Finals Rodeo crammed 17,703 rodeo fans into Thomas & Mack Center Saturday thanks to a special NFR “Access ONLY” ticket that provides fans access to the concourse and two entertainment/saloon areas at the arena on the UNLV campus.

The 17,703 announced attendance for Day 3 of the 10-day NFR in Las Vegas was the biggest NFR crowd at Thomas & Mack since 2006 when the Super Bowl of rodeos set a record with 18,224.

The NFR Access ONLY ticket costs $70. It gives fans access to the Thomas & Mack Center, but not a seat. It will get you into the experiences at the NFR such as Cowboy Corral, Aces High Saloon & Exhibit, Bull & Barrel Saloon and ProRodeo Zone and then allows you to watch the rodeo in the designated areas.

Sunday’s attendance also topped 17,000 at 17,112.
