Las Vegas Raiders Pitching Season Ticket Holders On Bo Jackson’s Grilling Tips, Food Business

By Alan Snel of LVSportsBiz.com

Bo knows running for touchdowns for Auburn University and the Raiders. Bo knows hitting home runs and scaling fences to catch fly balls for the Kansas City Royals. Bo even knows bicycling with his Bo Bikes Bama charity bicycle ride in his native Alabama.

And now Las Vegas Raiders season ticket holders know former football/baseball star Bo Jackson also knows cooking.

Season ticket holders received emails from the Raiders Wednesday offering “an exclusive virtual event” called “Grilling 101 with Bo Jackson.”

Jackson is pictured looking sharp in a jacket and tie with a photo of burgers cooking on the grill.

The Raiders message to season ticket holders also tells them, “Tune in and get some fun grilling tips and tricks, learn about Bo’s signature food items that will be featured at Allegiant Stadium and hear Bo answer some of your questions.”

Raiders season ticket holders also are advised they can buy Jackson’s food packages, which include items like hamburgers and steaks, from his “Bo Jackson Signature Food” business.

Jackson is 58 years old and won the Heisman Trophy in 1985 with the Auburn Tigers. He was an All-Star in both Major League Baseball and the National Football League, where he played with the Raiders from 1987-90. Nike’s “Bo Knows” advertising campaign in 1989 and 1990 made Jackson a mainstream personality.

Jackson was also a bicyclist who used his name recognition to help raise money for emergency relief in Alabama through his charity bike rides.

His Signature Food business allows consumers to buy items like these below:
