The Big Boys of NASCAR are in Las Vegas this weekend and the weather is much more inviting at Las Vegas Motor Speedway Sunday compared to the last time the major leagues of car racing visited the Speedway in September when fans and drivers alike coped with triple-digit temperatures.

About a month ago, LVSportsBiz.com’s Daniel Clark visited the Speedway to find out what NASCAR was doing in the latest of car race testing.

With a new rules package in place, Joey Logano won the Pennzoil 400. He defeated teammate Brad Keselowski to secure the win at Las Vegas Motor Speedway on a pleasant Sunday afternoon in the desert. Kyle Busch finished third, while pole-sitter Kevin Harvick finished fourth and Kurt Busch came in fifth.

And Sunday, Clark was back to see what the Pennzoil 400 will be like after Kyle Busch took the truck race Friday and the Boyd Gaming 300 Saturday and sought the Las Vegas Motor Speedway hat trick.
