The Golden Knights have branded their Flash Tickets program with a new name.

The team released an amusing video of more than three minutes to explain the new “VGK Ticket Exchange” program.

Team President Kerry Bubolz said the “Ticket Exchange” program is simply a new way to customize the branding of the team’s Flash Tickets. Fans can log onto the Ticket Exchange site to buy both primary and secondary market tickets for VGK games at T-Mobile Arena. It’s the team’s only official authorized ticket seller. Take a look at the video.

For more info, read the Golden Knights’ web story, which also includes the funny video.  It features some familiar VGK characters and personalities, including the famed “Phil,” played by the team’s corporate partnerships and sponsorships chief, Jim Frevola. Naturally, Chance the mascot is in the video along with in-game emcees Mark Shunock and Big D.

The Ticket Exchange branding gives the Golden Knights ticket program its own rebranded name because Flash Seats is also used by the Colorado Avalanche and Los Angeles Kings, Bubolz noted. He said the NBA Cleveland Cavaliers also use Flash Seats.

“We are proud to offer our season ticket members a convenient and secure buying and reselling experience on the VGK Ticket Exchange,” Bubolz said. “Our members will enjoy a streamlined process to buy and sell, with no additional fees for sellers. Golden Knights tickets listed through the VGK Ticket Exchange will be verified, which will help reduce fraudulent postings, guarantee the legitimacy of the tickets, and provide fans with additional peace of mind.”
