The Golden Knights Tuesday released ticket info for a six-team NHL rookie competition scheduled for City National Arena from Sept. 8-11 that sounds like it will be a miniature NBA Summer League for NHL’s young prospects.

It’s called the Vegas Rookie Faceoff and the event even has a presenting sponsor, Next Gen. The six NHL teams that will be in Las Vegas for the four-day event will be the Golden Knights, Colorado Avalanche, Los Angeles Kings, San Jose Sharks, Arizona Coyotes and Anaheim Ducks.

Fans can purchase a day pass for $40 to watch three games on Sept. 8, 9 and 11. Sept. 10 will be a practice day.

There’s also the VIP ticket going for $75, which includes a reserved ticket to the Golden Knights game that day; beer and pizza; a commemorative 2017-18 Golden Knights box; and access to the non-Golden Knights games that day.

Here is the schedule:

Tickets go on sale to the general public Wednesday at 12 noon PT, but keep in mind that fans who signed up for Rookie Faceoff ticket information will have access to an exclusive presale to purchase tickets beginning at 10 a.m. PT on Wednesday. Tickets can be purchased through the team’s website at vegasgoldenknights.com/rookie-faceoff.
